Kristin Scanlon grew up and resides in Queens. After years of learning about real estate through her family’s multiple real estate investments in Brooklyn and Queens, she was eager to get her license. She obtained her Bachelors of Business Administration with a focus in Accounting from Hofstra University. Later she pursued her Masters of Education from Manhattanville College. Kristin developed a strong work ethic at a young age, a desire to continuously learn and challenge herself in various positions. She held a successful career in accounting for seven years where she assisted her clients daily to meet demanding deadlines. Following her accounting career, through her strong networking skills, desire to learn and do something different, she was able to obtain a position in Human Resources for three years where she was able to enhance her leadership skills and build a strong network, which led her into her current position in Supply Chain. In this role she specializes in negotiating contracts for utility construction projects throughout the tristate area which enhances her strengths of communication, customer focus, analytics and negotiations. Her strengths will be an asset in her career path as a real estate agent.
Kristin’s always optimistic and likes to think outside the box. She thinks it’s important to build and maintain relationships through networking. She finds it imperative to listen to the needs of others, communicate effectively and be able to provide a positive customer experience for all.
